Point Earn & Rewards Policy
1. How to Earn Points
Customers earn reward points on every successful order placed through qualityfoodhub.in website. Points are credited automatically after the order is Delivered.
- Base Rate: Earn 1 point for every ₹100 spent on the order subtotal (excluding delivery charges and discounts).
- Bonus Points: Special offers or festivals may offer double points – watch our announcements!
- First Order: New users earn 10 bonus points on their first successful order.
- Referral: Refer a friend – both of you earn 20 points after their first order.
2. Point Redemption Value
Each point is worth upto ₹5 discount on your order. You can redeem points during checkout.
- Minimum redemption: 1 point (you can redeem as long as you have at least 1 point).
- Maximum redemption per order: 10 points upto ₹50 per order.
- First order of the month: Redemption is not allowed – you can only use points from your second order onwards in a calendar month.
3. Point Expiry
Points earned in a calendar month expire at the end of the calendar month. For example:
- Points earned in January will expire on 31st January (end of January).
- Points earned in February will expire on 28th/29th February.
- Points are automatically deducted from your balance after expiry – no further notice will be given.
4. How to Check Your Points
You can view your current point balance:
- In the cart page – your available points are displayed.
- In your dashboard after logging into your account.
5. Points Refund on Order Cancellation
If you cancel an order that used redeemed points:
- If the order is cancelled before preparation starts: Redeemed points will be fully refunded to your account.
- If the order is cancelled after preparation or delivery: Redeemed points will not be refunded.
- If Quality Food Hub cancels the order (due to unavailability, technical issues, etc.): Redeemed points will be refunded automatically.
6. Forfeiture of Points
Quality Food Hub reserves the right to forfeit points or suspend your reward account if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., fake orders, multiple accounts).
- You violate our Terms of Use.
- Your account remains inactive for more than 6 months (points will be reset to zero).
7. Changes to the Reward Program
We may modify the point earning rates, redemption value, or expiry rules at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
